Terms & Conditions for Use of Complimentary Shuttle Bus
Passengers are carried on the complimentry shuttle bus at the passengers entrire risk. The Company, its employees or agents (including independent contractors) will in no circumstance whatsoever be under any liability for (1) any injury whatsoever to the person of any passenger or (2) loss or damage or delay of whatever kind arising driectly or indirectly from any neglect on his/their part while acting in the course of his/their employment and the right, exemption, limitation, condition applicable to the Company shall also be available to protect every employee or agent (including independent contractors) who shall be deemed parties to the agreement for the use of the shuttle bus.
