Dr Warren Lee is a paediatrician with a special interest in children with problems of poor growth and growth problems. Children & young people with diabetes, diabetes & pre-diabetes and thyroid disease.

These can be growth problems in puberty or children who are growing too fast or too slowly including those who were previous growing well but then slowed down for no known reason and those who have diabetes or who have a high risk of diabetes, cholesterol and metabolic disorders.

Dr Warren Lee has a special interest in the hormone problems of:
- Children who have chronic illness such as celiac disease, gluten intolerance and diabetes as their growth is often impaired by their illnesses even though they may not have growth hormone deficiency.
- Children who were born premature or growth restricted and were small size at birth often have early and rapid pubertal development that may result in short adult height if not treated before the premature fusion of the bones.
- Children with growth problems often have multiple problems involving other organ systems, learning and behavioral issues.

Dr Lee’s approach avoids taking a narrow view of a child’s problems. He has wide experience in treating childhood diabetes and endocrine problems in varied settings and resource levels and continues to actively teach at postgraduate and scientific meetings throughout the Asia Pacific and beyond.

DR Lee also manages children with rare disease that have growth impacts, such as Prader Willi Syndrome , Nasar Syndrome, Russell Silver Syndrome, Turner Syndrome etc.
