I see children who are developing too early and those who were short all along as well as those who were previously growing well and then slowed down in their growth.
I see those with disorders of puberty, those children whose breast development and periods which have come too early as well as those whose periods or pubertal development seem to be delayed, those who boys whose pubertal development seems delayed or advanced or not progressing well, those boys who have breast tissue .

I also look after the hormonal aspects of children who have survived cancer chemotherapy, surgery or radiotherapy as these children often have hormone problems months to years after the cancer treatment has stopped.

I look after children with type 1 diabetes and also obese children with prediabetes, and children with rare conditons of the thyroid, of calcium and vitamin d metabolism, control of urine production and some rare genetic disorders like Turners Syndrome, Prader Willi Syndrome, Russell Silver Syndrome, Noonan syndrome, Williams Syndrome, among other conditions, and often have shared care arrangement with my subspecialist colleagues locally and in other countries when managing children with complex multi-system disorders.
